To date, the inside of the restaurant portion of the building has been demolished and some framing has been done. Before we can proceed further, a new roof is needed. The hope was to complete the roof in 2021, but supply shortages delayed those plans. We are waiting on special fasteners that are needed in the installation of the new roof membrane. Once the roof has been finished, we can begin to install the mechanical systems and the interior renovations.
